Q: How do I order a cake from you?
A: Start by completing our Request a Quote form. This gives us the information to provide an accurate quotation, which we will email to you as soon as possible (make sure you check your junk folder). Once you confirm your order and pay your Booking Fee, you are locked into our diary.

Q: How much cake should I order?
A: Please see our portion guide here. Coffee portions are 1×1″, dessert portions are 2×1”, and party portions are 2×2″.

Q: What flavours are available?
A: Please see our Flavours section – shown as cupcakes, but most of our recipes can be adapted for any size cake.

Q: How many flavours can I choose?
A: You can choose one flavour per tier of stacked cakes, or there is a minimum order for each flavour of cupcakes/macarons etc

Q: One of our guests has dietary intolerances – can you still help us?
A: We can take this into account and adapt our recipes accordingly – however our kitchen is an environment where dairy, gluten, nuts etc are used, so please ensure guests are aware of this

Q: I have in mind the perfect design for our cake – can you make it so?
A: Whilst we will do our utmost to make your cake to the design requested, please be advised we are unable to exactly duplicate other cakes. Therefore artistic license will be used where necessary throughout the process, and you can rest assured your cake will be perfectly unique to your occasion.

Q: Do you offer taste testing?
A: We frequently run tasting sessions. Please request here if you would like to book in.

Q: Do you deliver or do I need to collect my order?
A: We offer both options, with collection from our home based kitchen in Willunga.  For stacked or carved cakes, we highly recommend delivery. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.

Q: I fancy some cupcakes – can I pop round?
A: As we operate from home, visits to our Studio are strictly by appointment. We don’t keep cakes sitting around – everything is freshly made to order. You may well catch us on a baking day though, so please do message in case! Sign up here to be notified of baking days and special offers.

Q: What happens if I need to re-schedule the date I have booked in?
A: Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information regarding postponement or cancellation.
